What to Expect & Safety
What to Expect
Your Prenj adventure starts with an early meeting in Konjic. After a safety briefing and equipment check, we drive to the trailhead. The ascent typically takes 4-5 hours, with strategic breaks for water, snacks, and taking in the views.
You'll pass through forest, alpine meadows, and eventually exposed ridge terrain. The final push to the summit requires careful footing but rewards with panoramic views of Bosnia and beyond. We descend the same or an alternative route, returning to Konjic in the evening.
Full-day experience: 8-10 hours total. Bring sturdy boots, layers, 2L+ water, lunch, sun protection, and rain gear.
